What is the lifespan of a product?

Our products meet EU cosmetics standards, which means unopened items are good for three years. Once opened, products can be used for up to 12 months.

Do the Growth Kits work for alopecia?

Can derma rolling cause drier skin than usual?

It is typical for the skin to have slight dryness when using the Beard Roller. This occurs because the roller forms tiny channels in the skin, leading to temporary redness. However, this issue can be easily addressed by following a simple step: after using the roller with the products, wait for about 5 minutes and then apply The Greenkeeper.

This will effectively restore and hydrate the skin, preventing or reducing any dryness that may occur. By including this step in your routine, you can promote a well-nourished and hydrated beard area while maximizing the advantages of the Beard Roller.

Do you have any products for dandruff?

Currently, we do not offer any specific products formulated for addressing dandruff concerns. However, we appreciate your feedback and continuously strive to expand our product range to cater to various customer needs. We hope to introduce dandruff-related solutions in the future.

Do the products contain fragrance?

What can I expect and when?

Some customers already start seeing new small, white hairs (also called vellus hairs) growing after 2- 4 weeks when using The Beard Growth Kit consistently. However, most start seeing visible results after 6-8 weeks depending on their growth rates.

The important thing is that you don't expect to grow a full beard overnight. It will take time to grow a fuller beard. A beard journey differs from person to person. Everybody has their own starting point and goal.

We recommend a beard journey of 150 days to get a realistic indication of your growth potential. If you haven’t seen improved growth after 150 days, we refer to our Growth Guarantee. How does it work?

The Beard Growth Kit
 

The micro-channels created in the skin help the Activator reach deeper into your hair follicles. As a result, the active ingredients in the Activator are absorbed more effectively, directly stimulating dormant follicles, which promotes beard growth. How often should I use The Beard Growth Kit?

Beard Roller

Every third day. There is no need to use The Beard Roller more than every third day. The skin needs time to regenerate between sessions. When using it, it should be rolled over the skin with light pressure. The Beard Roller is personal and should never be shared. The lifetime of a beard roller is not infinite (around 6 months). When the needles are no longer sharp, it’s time for a replacement. Don’t use the roller on irritated or infected skin. Remember to cleanse with the Cleanser.

Activator

Use the activator once a day in targeted areas. Let it absorb, and you are good to go.

Do I need to continue using the kit to maintain my results?

The formation of vellus hair can take around 2 to 12 months (in some rare cases even longer) to reach a terminal state, where your hair will appear coarser and darker. Afterward, frequent application of The Activator and rolling is no longer required. However, we do recommend continuing to apply The Activator and roll with The Beard Roller once a week, once the desired result is reached.

How long does one Activator last?

There are about 140 pumps in one bottle of Activator. If you use 2 pumps per day, one serum should last for 70 days.

How long does The Beard Roller last?

If properly taken care of, The Beard Roller typically lasts 6 months. The needles should always be sharp enough to penetrate the skin easily. If not, a replacement is needed.

Can I use the Beard Roller more than 3 days a week?

We would recommend you use The Beard Roller every third day. If you have sensitive skin we recommend using it only once a week.

The skin needs time between uses to regenerate and the skin can also become irritated. When the Beard Roller is rolled over the skin, small holes are made in the skin, which allows the Activator to penetrate and work even better. A controlled skin damage like this needs the right amount of time to regenerate, which is why we recommend rolling every three days.

Can you use the Beard Growth Kit if you have acne?

For those with active acne or prone skin, caution is advised. The Beard Roller may aggravate your condition by spreading bacteria. However, if your acne is no longer active, The Beard Roller could be suitable. Additionally, our CMD-Z kit can be a better option for acne-prone skin, available here. Consult a dermatologist if in doubt.

Can you shave when using the Beard Growth Kit?


We advise against shaving while using the Beard Growth Kit as it might interfere with developing vellus hairs. Trimming to about 4 mm is a good compromise, as complete shaving can void the guaranteed results our kit offers.

Can you use the Beard Growth Kit if you are under 18?

We suggest waiting until you're at least 18 to give your beard growth a natural head start. If you're eager to enhance your beard once you’ve turned 18, our Growth Kit will be here for you.

Can the Beard Growth Kit be combined with other products?

You are more than welcome to use other products while using The Beard Growth Kit. However, please note that The Activator is a serum and should not be combined with other serums. If you use another serum, you can alternate between using one in the morning and the Activator in the evening - or vice versa.

Also, make sure to let the Activator serum absorb for 5 minutes on your skin before applying other products. This allows The Activator to penetrate the skin and pores more thoroughly, leading to greater effectiveness.

How do you clean your Beard Roller?

Clean the Beard Roller with the provided Cleanser before and after use to maintain hygiene and prevent bacterial spread. Rinsing with warm water can help to remove any lingering skin cells.

Which Growth Kit should I choose?

Each of our Growth Kits is formulated to target different types of hair follicles: the Beard Growth Kit is specially crafted for stimulating facial follicle growth, while the Hair Growth Kit is tailored for enhancing scalp hair follicles. It is important to use the kits exclusively as directed for their respective areas, as they're not interchangeable for use on other body parts.

What is the difference between Moonroller and Beard Roller?

Our Moonroller and Beard Roller have distinct differences despite both featuring 0.5 mm needles. The Moonroller boasts a round design and a double density of needles - 1,140 as opposed to the Beard Roller's 570 needles -which makes it especially effective for the scalp's broad surface area. The Beard Roller, on the other hand, has a more flexible build, ideal for facial contours.

What are the lengths of the needles?

The needle lengths for our microneedling tools, like the Beard Roller and Moonroller, are meticulously designed to optimize the skin's absorption of topicals such as serums and to stimulate the hair follicles effectively. Our needles are 0.5 mm in length, which is the standard size that has been extensively studied and proven to provide the benefits associated with microneedling.

The 0.5 mm needles are long enough to penetrate the stratum corneum—the outermost layer of the epidermis—without reaching deeper, more sensitive layers of the skin that could cause discomfort or require professional supervision. This needle size is very effective at creating microchannels within the skin, which facilitates the delivery and effectiveness of skincare products by allowing them to penetrate deeper and perform more efficiently.

When will my order be shipped?

My package states “delivered”, but I haven’t received a message from you.

If you have chosen international delivery for your order, the initial shipping will be handled by Postnord. Once your package reaches the destination country, it will be handed over to your local carrier for the final delivery. Because of this handover process, there might be instances where Postnord's tracking link indicates that your package has been delivered, even though it has not yet reached you. This situation is particularly common in countries like Holland and Norway.
 

In such cases, you can track your package more accurately by visiting https://www.17track.net/da This website allows you to check which local carrier is responsible for the final leg of your package's journey. By tracking your order through the local carrier's system, you will get a more accurate and up-to-date view of your package's delivery status.

Has my order been accepted?

Once your order has been approved and processed, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address provided during checkout.
