Shipping policy

This policy is applicable to domestic (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

Free Shipping.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY:
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 7 – 14 days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Domestic order handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).

C. Delivery Terms

We use the Yun Express to deliver the product.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@getyourbeard.com or come to our store.

E. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

F. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Returns & Refunds

 

By placing an order through getyourbeard you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic (USA) countries.
 

A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 

B. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@getyourbeard.com or come to our store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return your product, you should contact our mail.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

D. EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at  hello@getyourbeard.com or come to our store.

E. RESTOCKING FEE 

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns. 

 

F. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
