Roll the desired area 4-8 times in each direction, this should cause your skin to become flush, which triggers blood flow that brings vital proteins to your skin. Use the roller for 3-4 days a week.

What can I expect and when?

Most men start seeing new small white hairs growing after 4-8 weeks when using The Beard Growth Kit consistently.

The important thing is that you don't expect to grow a full beard overnight. It will take time to grow a fuller beard.

How does it work?

How often should I use The Beard Growth Kit?
